WHAT IS A LOGO?

DOES MY COMPANY REALLY NEED A LOGO?
Yes! Your company logo helps you get noticed and assists in boosting its image. Look around you; all the major firms have their own logos. Clients tend to relate to the logo and the image gets fixed in their memory. People usually notice the company logo before they read the text.

You should have an idea of what kind of image you would like to portray to your clients before contacting a logo design firm. Consider the kinds of color that you would like your company logo to have. Should they be vibrant or soft? Will you utilize two colors or four? Rest assured that your choices in this matter will be highly appreciated and will help us in designing a better logo for you.
ARE THE LOGOS ORIGINAL?
Yes, each logo provided by our logo design firm is unique and will appear to be customized to your clients and business partners.
CAN I TRADEMARK MY NEW LOGO?
You can contact a trademark lawyer to see if your new logo can be trademarked, but only if you purchase the exclusive rights for an additional $100. We will remove the logo design you purchased from our portfolio. However, we can not guarantee that there is not a similar design that has already been trademarked, or that someone has not “copied” the logo from our portfolio. Logo Snap retains full rights to the design if you do not pay the additional $100.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
There are only additional charges if you need to customize your logo (ie, change color, font, layout, or make the font embroidery friendly). Our standard fee for these changes is only $20 per change. Otherwise, there are no additional fees.
WHO RETAINS THE RIGHTS?
The logos in LogoSnap.com are custom designs that you can purchase and use either as is for your company, or have the logo design changed to better fit your needs. If you do not make any changes to the logo, you should not have it trademarked, as we will resell the same design to other companies. However, if you make significant creative changes, you can check with your trademark lawyer to see if the design may be officially trademarked. LogoSnap.com will on occasion sell the logos outright to our clients for only an additional $100. With this purchase, we will remove the logo from our portfolio/choice selection, but can not guarantee your exclusivity or the ability to have the logo trademarked.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A LOGO I SEE?
Absolutely. If you do not have the capabilities to change them yourself, you may take forward the logo you purchased to our sister company, www.LogoDesignGuru.com and request specific changes you require for only $99 (the “99’er”). Click Here
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY LOGO?
Our logo design firm assures that your final logo file is sent within 1 business day. However, if there is a mistake with the logo you ordered, please respond immediately and we’ll get it fixed for you as soon as possible.
HOW IS THE LOGO DELIVERED?
Your company logo will be sent to you via email.
WHAT FORMATS WILL I RECEIVE MY LOGO IN?
We will email your company logo to you in Jpg, Gif, Tif, AI, and Photoshop.
CAN I BUY MORE THAN 1 LOGO?
Yes, you can purchase as many logos as you’d like.
CAN I RETURN THE LOGO?
Sorry, all sales are final.
WHAT COLOR FORMAT WILL THE LOGO BE IN?
The Logo will be in CMYK format which is used for off-set printing purposes.
Can I make changes to the logo after I receive it?
Yes, we can make changes, however, there is a fee associated. LogoSnap.com is able to provide rock bottom pricing based on the fact that we do not make custom changes to these logos. We provide editable files that are optimal for our customers to change in Adobe Illustrator.
